Data on objective functional outcomes in patients with post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 (PASC) is limited.

  • Patients with PASC may have concerns about the potential aggravation of symptoms linked to SARS-CoV-2 vaccination.
  • Little is known about how vaccination affects the overall functional status of these patients.
  • Research on this topic could help clarify the relationship between vaccination and symptom management in PASC.
