  • Notable areas linked to treatment response include the limbic, salience, and fronto-parietal networks, which relate to symptoms like anhedonia and suicidal ideation.
  • Findings suggest that structural and functional features of these brain networks may help predict which TRD patients will respond better to ketamine.
