  • 45.1% of nurses reported high levels of job-related burnout.
  • 55.6% of nurses expressed job dissatisfaction.
  • Patient-nurse ratios of four or less are associated with a decrease in job dissatisfaction.
  • A lower patient-nurse ratio may be linked to an increase in the quality of care.
