• Only 21.79% of nurses reported satisfaction with their salary/wages.
• Nurse job satisfaction was measured at 37.33%.
• Satisfaction with nurse staffing levels was reported at 40.87%.
• A high rate of emotional exhaustion was observed, with 89.92% of nurses scoring ≥ 27.
• Depersonalization affected 92.64% of nurses, with scores ≥ 10.
• Approximately 79.29% of nurses reported reduced personal accomplishment with scores ≤ 33.
