Abstract
The psychedelic 2,5-dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine (DOI) decreases search accuracy in mice during olfactory tasks.
- DOI alters movement patterns in mice when performing olfactory search tasks.
- Mice exhibit an increased sniff rate following administration of DOI.
- These results indicate that DOI may disrupt behaviors guided by the sense of smell.
