Human pregnancy safety evidence for MDMA, LSD, mescaline/peyote, psilocybin, and DMT/ayahuasca is sparse and too weak to infer safety.

This scoping review included 23 primary human sources from 1968-2020: 11 MDMA, 11 LSD, 1 mescaline/peyote, and none for psilocybin or DMT/ayahuasca.
