Workers with more than 15 years of shift work had 214% greater odds of altered waist-to-height ratio.
- Increased duration of shift work is associated with higher odds of being overweight.
- Shift workers with 5 to 10 years on the job had 41 to 96% greater odds of being overweight.
- Workers with 10 to 15 years of experience had 71 to 82% odds of having altered neck circumference.
- Those with over 15 years of shift work showed 33 to 120% increased odds of altered waist circumference.
- The impact on body adiposity indicators is more pronounced in workers with existing conditions like dyslipidemia or hypertension.
