SAR441255, a synthetic peptide, shows high potency in activating GLP-1, GIP, and GCG receptors.

  • Unimolecular triple incretins like SAR441255 may reduce body weight and improve glucose control in rodent models.
  • Metabolic outcomes with SAR441255 are superior to those with a dual GLP-1/GCG receptor agonist.
  • Preclinical imaging indicates that SAR441255 binds to GLP-1 and GCG receptors.
  • In healthy subjects, SAR441255 improves glycemic control during a mixed-meal tolerance test.
  • Single doses of SAR441255 are reported to be well tolerated.
