  • The increased sensitivity to GA during germination requires both after-ripening and cold imbibition.
  • GID1 receptor mRNA levels are regulated differently by GA and the DELLA RGL2 repressor, with RGL2 affecting GID1 expression based on dormancy-breaking treatments.
