Astrocyte-targeted Mt3 activation by CRISPRa lipid nanocomplexes enhanced amyloid-beta clearance in an Alzheimer's disease mouse model.

Evidence

Preclinical in vivo mouse experiments used stereotaxic delivery to upregulate Mt3 in astrocytes and measured Aβ uptake and plaque accumulation.

Caveat

The evidence is regional mouse-brain delivery and plaque endpoints, not human safety, cognition, or disease-modifying efficacy.
