Higher social jetlag is associated with longer Stop-Signal Reaction Times (SSRTs) of 23.13 ms.
- Increased social jetlag predicts delayed inhibition processes in young adults.
- Significant associations were found between social jetlag and greater SST Race Model values, indicating impaired response control.
- No significant effects were observed for raw reaction times on Go trials or unsuccessful stop trials.
- The study highlights the role of computational modeling in revealing cognitive effects related to circadian misalignment.
