Insomnia Severity Index scores were significantly lower in the Somzz group at postintervention (9.0) compared to the sleep hygiene education group (12.8).

  • The Somzz group maintained lower Insomnia Severity Index scores at the 3-month follow-up (11.3 vs 14.7) compared to the sleep hygiene education group.
  • Participants using Somzz demonstrated better sleep efficiency and reduced wake after sleep onset compared to those in the sleep hygiene education group.
  • The Somzz group reported higher satisfaction related to sleep and improvements in mental health outcomes, including lower depression scores and better quality of life.
  • An attrition rate of 12% was observed in the Somzz group.
