The ePE-P3-SpRY system enables PAM-flexible prime editing in rice.

This system allows for more versatile editing of specific DNA sequences by expanding the range of target sites.
PAM (protospacer adjacent motif) flexibility may enhance the efficiency of gene editing in rice.
The ePE-P3-SpRY system could facilitate precise modifications in the rice genome, potentially improving crop traits.
