  • Half of the participants ranked their psilocybin experience among the most meaningful of their lives.
  • Cohesive brain activity trajectories were observed in individuals feeling continuous with their environment, a state described as embeddedness.
  • The strength of context alignment is associated with both subjective experience quality and mindset changes observed the following day.
