  • The apparent permeability coefficient (P) for the 50% glycocholic acid nanoparticles was measured at 3.30 × 10 cm/s, outperforming both 100% glycocholic acid and PEG nanoparticles.
  • Oral administration of semaglutide-loaded 50% glycocholic acid nanoparticles resulted in a systemic bioavailability of 12.12% in type 2 diabetic rats.
