  • The engineered QSHP membrane features a dual-layer design for enhanced stem cell migration and proliferation.
  • In vitro tests showed that the membrane mitigates H2O2-induced senescence and restores osteogenic capacity.
  • Histological analyses indicated accelerated early bone formation and increased recruitment of CD44+ stem cells.
  • The QSHP membrane may rejuvenate the senescence-impaired bone regenerative environment, facilitating functional regeneration.
