Updated

Abstract

Essence

Acute psychedelic experience, especially mystical-type experience, was the most frequent reported predictor of response to psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Caveat

Predictor findings were inconsistent across disorders and time points, and the review calls for longer follow-up and more methodologically consistent trials.
