Meal Timing Jetlag Linked to Anxiety, Depression, and Insomnia Symptoms in a French-Speaking Online Group

Updated

Abstract

Meal Timing Jetlag (MTJL) may be associated with anxiety symptoms.

  • MTJL refers to the mismatch in eating schedules between workdays and free days.
  • Anxiety is the primary outcome assessed in relation to MTJL.
  • Depressive and insomnia symptoms are secondary outcomes linked to MTJL.
  • The study considers these associations independently of sleep-based circadian misalignment.
