Medicinally privileged triazole compounds may serve as promising agents for developing new antidiabetic drugs.

  • Diabetes Mellitus is characterized by high glucose levels due to inadequate insulin secretion.
  • α-amylase and α-glucosidase are key enzymes that break down complex carbohydrates into glucose.
  • Inhibiting these enzymes is an effective therapeutic strategy for managing diabetes.
  • Various molecular hybrids, such as pyridazine-triazole and pyrazoline-triazole, have shown promising antidiabetic activity.
