Updated

Abstract

A digital mindfulness-based therapy for insomnia program demonstrated 22% attrition among participants.

  • The program was associated with a significant reduction in insomnia symptoms compared to a waitlist control.
  • Cognitive and somatic pre-sleep arousal levels showed significant decreases post-intervention.
  • Participants completed 79% of the program modules, indicating good feasibility.
  • No significant differences were observed in mood between the intervention and control groups.
