Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is strongly associated with obesity and diabetes mellitus type 2 (T2D).

  • GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1RAs) and tirzepatide are utilized for managing metabolic conditions.
  • The effects of GLP-1RAs and tirzepatide on Hidradenitis suppurativa are not well understood.
  • There is a potential link between metabolic control and the management of HS.
