Abstract
Participants who received nutrition education had significantly lower body weight, height, and waist circumference compared to those without.
- Nutrition education was associated with higher scores in dietary quality measures, specifically the Healthy Eating Index (HEI)-2020, Fat Quality Index (FQI), and Carbohydrate Quality Index (CQI).
- Students with nutrition education reported improved dietary quality and sleep quality.
- Chronotype distribution among participants showed that 8.9% identified as morning types, 7% as evening types, while the majority had an intermediate chronotype.
- No significant relationship was found between nutrition education and chronotype.
