Updated

Abstract

A total of 400 university students were surveyed to examine the relationship between chronotype, quality of life, and academic performance.

  • Chronotype is associated with quality of life across different educational fields.
  • Morning-type individuals reported better quality of life and improved sleep quality.
  • No significant associations were found between chronotype and academic performance.
  • Further studies are needed to explore how chronotype may influence academic outcomes.
